Hikari Gospel Church Kumamoto
Our Father gave to church words and vision, “Kyushu, Kumamoto, Masahiro Kamei” and “releasing the fragrance of love” at the New Year Prayer Meeting on January 2, 2017. Pastor Masahiro joined the volunteer group “Kyushu Christ Disaster Relief Center” for the Kumamoto Earthquake from February 2017! He married Hitomi in February 2019.
On March 16, 2022, we had our opening ceremony as a church at 93-16 Wataru, Kikuchi, Kumamoto. People who love Jesus came to bless us and we had a wonderful opening ceremony service.
Awake Japan Kumamoto (gospel music evangelism event) was held at Kikuchi Park in Kikuchi City. Three to four times a year.
In 2023, we are preparing “Anointing of Esther – Women’s Meeting”. This is a time for women in Kyushu and Kumamoto to stand up and reach out to those who are struggling with family issues and child rearing. This will also transcend nationalities. Please pray.
